The floppy drive brand is relatively unimportant. By "can't mount
floppy drive", what do you mean? How are you mounting the drive? Try
mounting it via Nautilus. If you're using Breezy Badger, you might
want to check out getting the "backports" of the pmount package. The
version that shipped with Breezy Badger had a minor bug that affected
mounting of floppies, and it was corrected in backports.
It would be helpful, of course, if you attached the error messages you
see when mounting your floppy. :)
