[Ubuntu-PH] installation

Hi!

The latest Ubuntu installer can usually detect hardware (same way as XP),
especially the latest ones, yung pinakabago na hardware. Although, take note
that Ubuntu is not Windows XP, so hindi siya ganun ka similar :) May ibang
parts lang ng Ubuntu na familiar sa typical na Windows user.
