[Ubuntu-PH] Upgrading from breezy badger to dapper drake

Hi,

Personally, I'd go for a clean install hehe. Unless of course, you've got to
have your partitions properly set up:

/
/home
/boot

Or something similar to that one. That way you could just pop in the cd, do
a clean install on / (format it) and leave your home directories and boot
settings untouched.
