[Ubuntu-PH] Translators consent

hello all,

i would like to get written consent from those of you  who have contributed to translating Gnome programs to TL/PH, in order that i can review them and upload them to CVS upstream of gnome. if youdo so, please indicate which programs/documentation you contributed any translation to so i can fix the headers on the .po files before i submit them upstream.
