Sa text kase tagalag, chaka yung local dialect. At least for this part
of Luzon. Kung online, madalas ginagamit ko eh English para maging
neutral. Pero kung nasa Kapampangan chat ako, dialect gamit ko. Kasama
kasi sa goals ng Ubuntu na "that software tools should be usable by
people in their local language and despite any disabilities" para
naman kahit hindi ka dumaan sa formal schooling at english instruction
makagamit ka ng computer. Technology has the power to set people free,
even from the bondage of ignorance and poverty, if used properly.
Magandang halimbawa kunwari ang Edubuntu (http://www.edubuntu.org/) o
ang Skubuntu sa South Africa (http://www.skubuntu.org.za/).
