[Ubuntu-PH] Ubuntu Breezy Package CD?

Hi I had the same problem when I installed ubuntu breezy in my fiance's home
computer. What I did is i installed all the programs i need on a system
that connects to the internet then copied all of the files from the
/var/cache/apt/archives/ directory to a cd. bring the cd to the internet
less system and install it manually.
