There has not been any positive verification of the fix for this bug in
Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring) but looking at the Ubuntu Error tracker we do not
see any significant new crashes about the version in -proposed.

Additionally, looking at the original error there are no occurrences of
the crash with this version so I think it is worth releasing to Ubuntu
