The version of aptdaemon in natty-proposed doesn't include the patch
that fixes this particular bug. I've added a debdiff that includes this
patch.

   https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aptdaemon/+bug/781874/+attachment/2142838/+files/aptdaemon_0.41%2Bbzr657-0ubuntu2.debdiff

** Changed in: aptdaemon (Ubuntu Natty)
       Status: New => In Progress

** Changed in: aptdaemon (Ubuntu Natty)
   Importance: Undecided => High

** Changed in: aptdaemon (Ubuntu Natty)
     Assignee: (unassigned) => Brian Murray (brian-murray)

** Changed in: aptdaemon (Ubuntu Natty)
    Milestone: None => natty-updates
