I don't think this is really necessary. I think we can just as well take
another snapshot from git, or simply backport that one commit until we
SRU a new snapshot at a later point. We have a special case for m-p-b-i
when there are significant changes:

Also note you can remove the username and password from the generated connection profile to be able to connect successfully.
