[Bug 2169278] [NEW] Should stop using deprecated pep8 and transition to pycodestyle

pep8 was removed from Debian as replaced by pycodestyle,

cloudkitty needs to be updated since it's on of the few packages still
using pep8 in Ubuntu and blocking that removal
