  noble-updates UCA for OpenStack Gazpacho release still contains Flamingo packages.

  noble-proposed contains correct Gazpacho versions, but they are not promoted to updates for a while now

  https://releases.openstack.org/gazpacho/index.html

  With that the deadline for trailing releases is coming, so it would be
  expected to promote OpenStack Gazpacho packages at this point, rather
  then keep serving Flamingo packages.
