The package prompt-toolkit is already in Ubuntu universe.
The package prompt-toolkit build for the architectures it is designed to work on.
It currently builds and works for architectures: "all"

[Rationale]
- The package prompt-toolkit is required in Ubuntu main for cmd2
- The package prompt-toolkit is a new runtime dependency of package cmd2 that we
  already support
- There is no other/better way to solve this that is already in main or should
  go universe->main instead of this. The upstream project migrated away from GNU
  Readling to prompt-tookit. The main reasoning behind this change is that
  prompt-tookit enables richer features in cmd2 and it reduces the dependency on
  dynamic libraries. https://github.com/python-cmd2/cmd2/pull/1553
- This is the first time package will be in main
- All binary packages built by prompt-toolkit need to be in main for cmd2.
- The package prompt-toolkit is required in Ubuntu main no later than Sept 21st
   due to the beta freeze -

- No CVEs/security issues in this software in the past.
- no `suid` or `sgid` binaries
- no executables in `/sbin` and `/usr/sbin`
- Package does not install services, timers or recurring jobs
- Packages does not open privileged ports (ports < 1024).
- Package does not expose any external endpoints
- Packages does not contain extensions to security-sensitive software (filters,
  scanners, plugins, UI skins, ...)

- The package works well right after install
