Bug description:
  The Sahara project has been marked as inactive upstream in OpenStack:

  https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/governance/+/899986

  The project team had until milestone 2 (01/11/2024) to resolve
  outstanding gate issues so these projects will not be included in the
  upcoming release.

  Please remove sahara related packages from Ubuntu.
