I've picked the commit from the master branch into branch-1.0 for the
snap - this should build in the next hour or so and publish to 1.0/edge

Once we've tested with that version as well we can promote it to
1.0/stable (but next week now as its Friday).

  Yoga introduced a new daemon for use in the Octavia HAProxy Amphorae
  instances [0].

  The Ubuntu Jammy package does not appear to have a binary package for
  this new daemon.
