[Bug 2040472] Re: Backport packages from noble(-devel) to server-backports PPA for focal and jammy, post-FF

The qemu backport to jammy regressed in the final weeks of noble
development.  The build dependency error is:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 librdmacm1t64 : Breaks: librdmacm1 (< 50.0-2build2~backport22.04.202403311003~ubuntu22.04.1) but 47.0-1~backport22.04.202401230143~ubuntu22.04.1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The 47.0 version is from mantic (the previous backport), but rdma-core
50.0 is present in the PPA and seems to have built ok, so I'm not sure
why qemu is still pulling the older version, but this will need
investigated.  Maybe one of the other qemu dependencies linked it?
