I personally prefer all Ubuntu related supported version to go to:
https://ubuntu.com/about/release-cycle

That would make a refresh process easier since the product management
team can check and update those in a centralized place.

Maybe is it worthy to file an issue to ubuntu.com and/or reach out to the product management team:

Title:
Provide a table for Ceph support timelines

Status in ceph package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Currently the "supported Ceph versions" info is available in a few places: [0], [1], and [2].
But none of them provide a complete information. Even then, it's not straightforward to work out the EOL dates for a given Ceph version.

Something similar to OpenStack's [2] that clearly states the timelines
for Ceph packages from both Ubuntu and UCA.
