[Bug 2069804] [NEW] ovn-nbctl show does not list LRP IPv6 link local address

Public bug reported:

OVN always adds an IPv6 link local address to Logical Router Ports
(LRP). However, this address is not displayed in the output of ``ovn-
nbctl show``.

With the wider use of advertising IPv4 prefixes over IPv6 next hops [0],
it would be useful to have this information readily available.
