[Bug 2071625] [NEW] FTBFS against requests 2.32.3

With the new release of requests 2.32.3 in oracular, requests-unixsocket
fails to build as all requests to http+unix:// URLs fail with:
requests.exceptions.InvalidURL: Not supported URL scheme http+unix. This
can be fixed by including the patch provided here -
