  Jinja2 bug is breaking ansible

Bug description:
  When using python3-jinja2 with ansible, it will break execution due to
  a TypeError:

  TypeError: sequence item 12: expected str instance, int found

  This is a know bug (https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/77272)
  and cause by https://github.com/pallets/jinja/pull/1511. It got solved
  with Jinja2 v3.1.

  Is it possible to update python3-jinja2 to v3.1.x?
