I discovered this morning that my SSD cluster (6 OSDs) had
inconsistencies with target memory. So I reset target memory on all
OSD(s) to 1GB and ran the tests.

Then later on this afternoon, upgraded the packages on all MON/OSD units
using jammy-prpoosed, rebooted them and ran the FIO tests again.

Bug description:
  Sometime between 15.2.17 on focal and 17.2.5 on either focal via the
  Yoga UCA or on Jammy the ceph-osd process stopped linking to tcmalloc.
  tcmalloc should continue to be enabled for ceph performance
