Status in openvswitch package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The Open vSwitch package in Debian has been marked 64-bit [0][1] only
  and as a consequence the imported package to Noble is currently
  failing proposed-migration.

  I suggest we follow suit and remove the openvswitch package for armhf
  architecture in Noble.

  More extended discussions are available on the Debian pkg-dpdk-devel
