As outlined in the bug description test case the tests run during
package build covers the fix, I can also confirm that the use of this
package in conjunction with the updated neutron package [1] provides a
working result.

Bug description:
[Impact]
New stable point releases of neutron have bug fixes [1] that use a new exception (NetlinkDumpInterrupted) introduced in pyroute2 0.6.6.
[1] https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1962608
[Test Case]
The unit tests run during builds and the regression testing for the following neutron stable point releases will cover regression testing for this SRU:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985084
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985086
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985087
[Regression Potential]
These patches are self-contained with the addition of a new exception class and other code that is limited to NLM_F_DUMP_INTR paths. Therefore, there should be no issues even if NLM_F_DUMP_INTR not a defined in the netlink.h file.
