  [Impact]

  Users will get the latest stable bug fixes for this release of
  OpenStack. Point releases included in this SRU:

      ceilometer (upstream: 16.0.1, ubuntu: 2:16.0.0-0ubuntu1)
      designate (upstream:12.0.1, ubuntu: 1:12.0.0-0ubuntu1)
      neutron (upstream: 18.2.0 , ubuntu: 2:18.1.1-0ubuntu2)
      octavia (upstream: 8.0.1, ubuntu: 1:8.0.0-0ubuntu2)

  Testing of point releases for OpenStack packages is covered by:

   https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OpenStack/StableReleaseUpdates

  [Regression Potential]

  Very low as this SRU is releasing stable point releases that upstream
  has already released.
