  It is not possible to enable Ceph backends for either configuration nor
  recovery. When attempting to do so, Ganesha will fail on start because

  Deploy manila + Ganesha with the OpenStack Charms and confirm that RADOS
  URLs are recognized, and that configuration can be stored in Ceph. Fully
