[Bug 1927208] [NEW] nfs-ganesha doesn't include built shared object files to enable storing configuration in RADOS

Public bug reported:

the libganesha_rados* shared objects aren't included in the final
packages, even though they are required to enable the storage of config
and recovery data in Ceph. Adding 'usr/lib/*/libganesha_rados*.so*' to
the debian/nfs-ganesha-ceph.install resolves this
