Even with recent 0.3.0 code from gitlab, I could reproduce the issue as
follows:

inputs.js:195 Uncaught ReferenceError: sc is not defined
    at Module.sendCtrlAltDel (inputs.js:195)
    at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (http://10.5.1.6:6082/spice_auto.html?token=e155f3cb-ebbe-448a-a3b7-24ec4fc7302c&title=bionic-151916(:6082/4ba6b70c-b1e5-4ecb-be75-6aacb3648698):194:104)
