Bug description:
  [Impact]

  /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/src/FSAL/FSAL_RGW/internal.h:50:2: error: #error rados/rgw_file.h version unsupported (require >= 1.1.1)
     50 | #error rados/rgw_file.h version unsupported (require >= 1.1.1)
        |  ^~~~~

  The version detecting code in Ganesha is incorrect and has been patched upstream (https://github.com/nfs-ganesha/nfs-ganesha/commit/7dfacf4293d2f392caa25b9ec3df4bb7f4c8e45e)

  [Test Plan]

  Reproducing the bug is as easy as attempting to build the package:

  pull-lp-source nfs-ganesha hirsute
  sbuild -A -d groovy-amd64 nfs-ganesha_3.4-1.dsc

  [Where problems could occur]

  There should be no functional change as a result of this change, it is
  limited to enabling compilation against the version of librgw-dev. As
  the change has been accepted upstream, it should be low risk.
