Bug description:
  In the translation template for nova the following string [1] cannot be translated with launchpad:
  »Version of %(name) %(min_ver) %(max_ver) intersects with another versions.«

  I tried to translate it to German:
  »Version von %(name) %(min_ver) %(max_ver) überschneidet sich mit anderen Versionen.«

  This error message appears in launchpad:
  »Error in Translation: 'msgstr' is not a valid Python format string, unlike 'msgid'. Reason: The character that terminates the directive number 2 is not a valid conversion specifier.«
