As part of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/refactor-
error-messages, error messages raised from Django implementations have
been improved a lot. Users can now see message details along with the
summary message. AngularJS implementations still have a room to be
improved, but I think this bug can be marked as Done (Fix Released).

Bug description:
  The error message returned by horizon is not clear. 
  For example, when the creator of a shared image is deleted, the other users will get an error message 'Unable to retrieve the project', but it is not clear.
