Hi Felipe,

Since Rocky's no longer supported, is this still needed? If this is
needed, can you explain what you were trying to do with building ovs
from train on top of rocky?

  when trying to build openvswitch from train in a ppa and using ubuntu-
  cloud-archive/rocky-staging as a ppa dependency, it will fail with
  this error:

   sbuild-build-depends-openvswitch-dummy : Depends: libdpdk-dev (>=
  18.11.2-4~) but it is not going to be installed
