Public bug reported:

eventlet hub uses monotonic clocks by default since 0.21, hence no need
to patch that anymore

This was fixed by Dimitri John Ledkov <xnox at ubuntu.com> and Michael
Hudson-Doyle <michael.hudson at ubuntu.com> and I'm just sponsoring the
change to upstream.
