Thank you for your report. It seems that this issue is related to Heat
project itself and should be reported using storyboard [0].

Status in heat package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In the release notes for Heat in Queens release:

  Version 10.0.0 Prelude says the HEAT is compatible with Keystone
  Identity Federation.

  But this conflicts with message under known issues, that says " Heat
  does not work with keystone identity federation"

  Please resolve this conflict.
