completed successfully and the package is now being released to
-updates.  Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being

Bug description:
  This fixes a ftbfs seen in a test rebuild using Python 3.8.5, the test
  already in the packages in groovy.  Plain backport to focal.
