The Eoan Ermine has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed
for that release

No ``ovn-trace`` binary distributed with the binary packages

Bug description:
The ``ovn-trace`` (8) utility is currently not distributed as part of
  any package.

I believe it would be a valuable addition.

The tool works by reading data from the Southbound database and the
local Open vSwitch instance, and as such it would be best consumed
from machines participating in the network as a chassis.

Being an administrative aide, I would suggest to distribute it in the
``ovn-common`` package together with the other ovn-*ctl binaries,
failing that ``ovn-host`` could also be a suitable home.
