I've just uploaded a new version of this package, monasca-statsd
1.11.0-0ubuntu1 that is py3-only.

Bug description:
  monasca-statsd is python2-only, has not been uploaded since artful,
  and has no reverse-dependencies.  It will FTBFS in eoan due to removal
  of build-dependencies.  Should this package be removed?
