I'm not able to determine from the supplied information as to why this
issue occurred - please follow:

Job for openvswitch-testcontroller.service failed because the control
process exited with error code. See "systemctl status openvswitch-
testcontroller.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

To gather more details; /var/log/openvswitch/* may also contain
information about what went wrong.

Marking Incomplete for now.
