Bug description:
  Availability: Currently in universe
  Rationale: Dependency for Openstack Horizon kilo-2
  Security: No security history.
  Quality Assurance: Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian.
  Dependencies: All are in main
  Standards Compliance: FHS and Debian Policy compliant.
  Maintenance: Simple python package that the Ubuntu Server Team will take care of.
  Background: nose-exclude is a `Nose`_ plugin that allows you to easily specify directories to be excluded from testing.
