As noted in comments 9 and 10 in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-pylxd/+bug/1754657,
python(3)-pylxd is missing a run-time Depends on python(3)-requests-
toolbelt. Currently this affects Bionic and Cosmic. The Artful point
release being provided via the above referenced bug is also affected.
