Title:
  remove security group from server

Status in python-openstackclient package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Steps to REproduce

  a. create two security groups
  b. Create an instance with 2 security groups
  c. Remove security group using
     openstack server remove security group server1 sg1

    Some debug mesages are displayed followed by some errors.
    Looks the group is removed from instance, not clear on the status of the command from the outout in screen
