---------------
openvswitch (2.8.1-0ubuntu2) bionic; urgency=medium
* Adapt changes in DPDK 17.11 (LP: #1733325)
- d/p/ovs-netdev-dpdk-17.11-upgrade.patch
- d/rules: non x86 openvswitch-dpdk builds now need libnuma and pcap as
build depends as well.
- d/rules: dpdk dropped xen support, drop build dependency

Title:
Update in Bionic to match DPDK 17.11
Status in openvswitch package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Hi,
I expect that we will use OVS 2.9 which will most likely get the changes anyway.
But I wanted to document the need and provide changes until then in case needed.
We currently work on DPDK 17.11 in Debian and once complete and tested
in ppa's but OVS 2.9 is not yet out I'd fix OVS in Bionic to build
against DPDK 17.11 to complete the transition.
This not only is a patch, but also some changes against d/control to
match the new DPDK version.
