Bug description:
  Hi,

  please add the INSTALL.* README.* openvswitch upstream documentation
  to one of the existing openvswitch packages or create a new
  openvswitch-docs package so users are able to find the upstream
  documentation under /usr/share/doc without downloading and extracting
  the source package.
