Bug description:
  In overview page on horizon, there is a link named as "Download Juju
  Environment File". The link is tied with URI:
  horizon:project:access_and_security:api_access:juju which does not
  work.

  I didn't check if the Ubuntu-specific patch is in Pike as well.
