Also note that you'll need to set the default rbd features via the ceph-
mon charm to '1' in order to ensure that cinder creates rbd's that the
Linux kernel can actually access.

You'll also want to be using the newer HWE kernels on 16.04 to support
Ceph Jewel and Luminous deployments.
