[Bug 1717463] [NEW] DNS resolve not working in snap packages

Description:	Ubuntu Artful Aardvark (development branch)

I installed pac and remmina as snap packages, but both apps do not resolve hostnames by DNS.
I tried short names and fqdn.

It works with IP addresses.
I'm using a static IP.

DNS out of snap packages works.
