 apt install python-trove-dashboard breaks with error:
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/openstack-dashboard/secret-key/.secret_key_store': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing package python-trove-dashboard (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 python-trove-dashboard
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
