[Bug 1671170] [NEW] DB2 version 11.1 in the OpenStack Trove guest agent - mitaka release on ubuntu 16.04 guest

---Problem Description---
The user and the owner are no longer named the same for DB2 files in version 11.1. 

DB2_INSTANCE_GROUP in trove guest agent needs to be added to distinguish
them.

The db2 path needs to be changed to /opt/ibm/db2/V11.1 in trove guest agent code.

3. Launch a DB instance using this image and this datastore for DB2
