Title:
  rabbitmq-server: Needs to use Python3

Status in rabbitmq-server package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in rabbitmq-server package in Debian:
  New

Bug description:
  I know the package is maintained by the openstack team, however the server is
  used in other contexts as well.

  The rabbitmq-server binary ends up with a python:any dependency. Please consider
  using Python3.
