Xenial shipped Ceph Jewel, which I think made the switch in python-rados
to the crados implementation - so you should be able to install python-
rados and get the same level of performance as with the cradox fork,
which is unpackaged in Debian or Ubuntu.
Gnocchi should try to load rados and cradox if detected, so this should
work fine (I've not tested).

Bug description:
The python package cradox is missing for gnocchi component. Currently,
the only work around is to install pip and then the cradox python
package.
