  This happens for every command and is nothing a user can fix:

  # openstack --version
  WARNING: openstackclient.common.utils is deprecated and will be removed after Jun 2017. Please use osc_lib.utils
  openstack 3.2.0
  # apt policy python-openstackclient
  python-openstackclient:
    Installed: 3.2.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0
    Candidate: 3.2.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0
