Title:
initd script missing for swift-object-reconstructor process

Status in swift package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The initd script is missing for the swift-object-reconstructor
process. I found this out the hard way be noticing the processes were
not starting after a reboot when reviewing log files.

I know erasure storage is still in beta but this is still an issue if
  someone is testing the implementation.
